Take 3 classes for $225 (saving $15) or 5 classes for $350 (saving $50). Packages are for 1 person only. Exceptions apply.


Must be used within a year of purchase. One discount per customer.

Cooking Basics/Fundamentals Pt 2: Stocks & Sauces

Our Basics Cooking fundamental classes focus on fundamental techniques for all skill levels.  Students will work in groups to gain hands-on experience, supplemented by an instructor demo.  The class goal is to provide a fundamental knowledge and practice of the Classical Mother Sauces - five basic sauces, which are the starting points for making various secondary sauces or “small sauces.”.

Apr 6 (Sunday) - Knife Skills
Apr 7 (Monday)- Stocks & Sauces
Apr 13(Sunday) - Vegetable Cookery, Grains & Starches
Apr 14 (Monday) - Sauteeing, Braisiing, Grilling, Roasting

**If you buy the 4 class Cooking Basics series the price is $275.00, please call us if you are interested in purchasing this price.This is a 4 series class but can be purchased separately for $75 per class.

A light meal will be served from the ingredients you prepare during class.
